When it helps
A team day helps when:
A new year plan needs more than a slide deck
A new leader or a new structure has people unsure where they stand
The team has outgrown its old plan
The same few people speak, and the best ideas stay unsaid
Nobody is sure what comes next, and everyone is looking to someone else for the answer
Testimonials
A clear, fixed-fee team day
Every team day is quoted as a fixed fee after a free scoping call, so you know the cost before you commit. You will have your quote within 24 hours of the call*. No software, no new headcount and no long contract. Invoiced after the day on 30-day terms.
Common questions
-
A facilitated method in which people build with LEGO bricks to explore ideas and make decisions together. You don’t need any building skill. Each person builds, then explains what they built, so everyone takes a turn and every voice is heard.
-
A typical session is half a day*, and I can design a full day around your question.
-
It works well for groups of 6 to 12*. For larger teams, we can split into groups or run more than one session.
-
At your office or a venue of your choice.
-
No. Everyone builds at their own pace, and there is no right or wrong build.
-
It depends on the length of the day and the size of the group. After a free scoping call, you get a fixed-fee quote, so you know the cost before you commit.
-
A team day creates agreement. What happens in the weeks afterwards decides whether anything changes. After the day, I offer one-to-one coaching to each person who wants it. Each session helps someone work out what the shared priorities mean for their role and what they will do first. Sessions are confidential, so people can be honest. You decide after the day whether to add it, and any coaching is included in your fixed-fee quote*.

For ten years I have been, in effect, a strategy and persuasion facilitator. I started as an occupational therapist, and I am a trained LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator with an ICF-accredited coaching diploma.
