Confidence coach & personal branding photographer for
women in London
There are two ways women sell themselves short. By not seeing their own worth. And by never letting the world see it either.
I see you. Even if you don't always see yourself that way.
Edge & Grace helps you stop playing smaller than you are: on the inside through coaching, and in how you show up through photography.
You don't have a small problem. You have a must.
You know something has to change, even if you can't yet see how.
Maybe you're:
Saying yes when you mean no
Waiting for permission you'll never get
Working twice as hard for half the recognition
Watching less qualified people get the room
Still using a headshot that stopped looking like you years ago
Showing up online as a flatter, safer version of yourself
Holding back a dream because you don't feel ready
Good girls don't change the world. Confident women do.
It comes down to being seen
Most of the women I work with are doing well by any outside measure and still feel unseen. By others, and sometimes by themselves.
The two halves of Edge & Grace deal with both.
Coaching helps you see yourself clearly and act from your own ground, so confidence stops being something you have to fake. Photography helps the world see who you actually are, so the way you show up finally matches the woman doing the work.
You don't have to choose between them. Most women start with whichever feels more urgent.
How I work
We begin by getting clear on your values, the real ones, not the ones you've been told to hold.
From there, confidence isn't something you have to fake. It's the natural result of acting from your own ground.

1-2-1
CONFIDENCE COACHING
Six-session packages or single sessions. We start by getting clear on what you actually value, which is often different from what you've been told to value, then work through what's stopping you from acting on it.
Sessions are evidence-based, drawing on behavioural science, occupational therapy and ICF-accredited coaching frameworks. Online or in London.

PERSONAL BRANDING
PHOTOGRAPHY
For when the world needs to see who you actually are. These are editorial portraits that show personality and make people want to work with you. Not stiff corporate headshots, but images of the woman you actually are, ready for LinkedIn, your website and press.
I direct you through the whole session, so you don't need to know what to do in front of a camera. That part is my job.
Why Edge & Grace
I built this brand to make sense of myself.
Years of working at the highest levels of competitive business taught me that I was good under pressure. That's the Edge. Years of getting it wrong, breaking, rebuilding and learning to listen to myself taught me what actually makes change last. That's the Grace.
Most of us are taught to value Edge and quietly punished for Grace. Achievement, productivity and performance are rewarded. Rest, intuition and slowness are somehow suspect.
Edge & Grace is the work of putting them back together. Strategy and softness. Bold action and inner clarity. The version of you that gets things done, alongside the version of you that knows why.
It runs through both halves of what I do. In coaching, it starts with knowing what you value and ends with building a life that holds it. Behind the camera, it's the same belief: I'm not looking for a polished mask, I'm looking for you.
Meet your coach
I arrived in London with £100, rebuilt my life after a serious accident, and built a career at the highest levels of competitive business development in London.
Over a decade at the sharp end of high-stakes performance taught me what helps someone push past what they think they're capable of. But the work I do now goes deeper than performance. My coaching is grounded in occupational therapy, which means I look at what someone actually values and help them build a life that matches it. That's where lasting confidence comes from. Not from techniques, but from alignment.
The same way of seeing people runs through my photography. I came to it through how I read a room, where tension sits, how to settle someone without making a thing of it. That's what lets me photograph a woman as she actually is, rather than the version she thinks she's meant to perform.
I'm also terrified every day. That isn't the opposite of confidence. It's the starting point.

The women I've worked with
A creative who couldn't imagine walking down the aisle with confidence.
A business owner needing to reclaim her power, for her work, her family, herself.
A lawyer wanting more connection at home and a better relationship with her kids.
A founder whose imposter syndrome had made everything feel impossible.
A neurodivergent woman who wanted to serve others but kept hitting a wall of overwhelm.
None of them had a small problem. All of them had a must.
