Confidence coach
for women in London
Imposter syndrome. Perfectionism.
Waiting for permission.
All the quiet ways women hold themselves back.
I see you. Even if you don't always see yourself that way.
Edge & Grace is confidence coaching and personal branding photography for women who are tired of playing smaller than they are.
You don't have a small problem. You have a must.
You know that something has to change, even if you can't yet see how.
Maybe you're:
Saying yes when you mean no
Waiting for permission you'll never get
Convinced everyone else has it figured out
Working twice as hard for half the recognition
Watching less qualified people get the room
Holding back a dream because you're not ready
Exhausted by the standards you set for yourself
Good girls don't change the world, confident women do.
What confidence coaching covers
Confidence isn't a personality trait. It's a set of skills you can learn.
Together we work on:
Imposter syndrome - the feeling that you'll be found out, even when you've earned every step
Perfectionism - the standards that look like high achievement and feel like a cage
Decision paralysis - when every choice feels like the wrong one
People-pleasing - saying yes when your gut says no
Setting boundaries - protecting your time, your energy, your work
Standing up for yourself - asking for what you want, holding your ground
Pitching and presenting - landing the moments where everything depends on how you show up
Dreaming bigger - and actually moving towards it
How I work
We begin by getting clear on your values, the real ones, not the ones you've been told to hold.
From there, confidence isn't something you have to fake. It's the natural result of acting from your own ground.

1-2-1
COACHING
Six-session packages or single sessions.
We start by getting clear on what you actually value (often different from what you've been told to value), then work through what's stopping you from acting on it.
Sessions are evidence-based, drawing on behavioural science, occupational therapy, and ICF-accredited coaching frameworks. Online or in London.

PERSONAL BRANDING
PHOTOGRAPHY
For when the world needs to see who you
actually are. These are not standard headshots - they are elevated, editorial portraits that capture personality and make people want to work with you.
Not standard headshots. Images for the woman you're becoming, not the one you were.
Why Edge & Grace
I built this brand to make sense of myself.
Years of working at the highest levels of competitive business taught me that I was good under pressure (Edge). Years of getting it wrong, breaking, rebuilding, and learning to listen to myself taught me what actually makes change last (Grace).
Most of us are taught to value Edge and quietly punished for Grace. Achievement, productivity, performance, all rewarded. Rest, intuition, slowness, all somehow suspect.
Edge & Grace is the work of putting them back together. Strategy and softness. Bold action and inner clarity. The version of you that gets things done, alongside the version of you that knows why.
That's the work I do with clients. It starts with knowing what you value, and ends with building a life that holds it.
Meet your coach
I arrived in London with £100, rebuilt my life after a serious accident, and built a career at the highest levels of competitive business development in London.
Over a decade working at the sharpest end of high-stakes performance taught me what helps someone push beyond what they think they're capable of. But the work I do now goes deeper than performance. My coaching is grounded in occupational therapy, which means I look at what someone actually values and help them build a life that matches it. That's where lasting confidence comes from. Not from techniques. From alignment.
I'm also terrified every day. That isn't the opposite of confidence. It's the starting point.
My credentials:
ICF-accredited coach (Coaching Academy)
BSc Occupational Therapy
DISC certified
10+ years senior business development in commercial real estate
The women I've worked with
A creative who couldn't imagine walking down the aisle with confidence.
A business owner needing to reclaim her power, for her work, her family, herself.
A lawyer wanting more connection at home and a better relationship with her kids.
A founder whose imposter syndrome had made everything feel impossible.
A neurodivergent woman who wanted to serve others but kept hitting a wall of overwhelm.
None of them had a small problem. All of them had a must.
